I had a horrible experience at this place! I initially called in Nov 2012 to ask if I was due for my yearly eye exam and was told yes so I made an appointment right away. When I had the eye exam I tried to place my order but was told I was not up for an exam until the following year. Since it was almost the end of the year I was told to wait and place the order in January. The first week of January came up and I called to order my glasses. So I waited and waited with several trips to pick up the wrong pair of glasses and lame excuses. After 7 weeks my glasses finally came in. During the weeks I waited I had to call and check the status since they wouldn't call. Then "my" glasses were still wrong and I was still charged full price! I am upset due to the service they provided and I really expected more of them. I am never going back---the staff is rude and can't keep up with the amount of customers they receive!
I don't recommend this place at all!

I had a appt. I went in 10mins early and still had to wait 20mins!! after my scheduled time. They seemed a bit hurt when I said I might be back to get glasses after seeing their prices on them its amazing they are still open. Guess there is no mercy for the little people anymore.

I was very happy with my experience here when I went for new glasses. everyone was very nice. I have a very sensitive stigmatism and after I received my glasses I needed a significant adjustment to the frames and the physician and staff were very patient with me and made the needed adjustments until my glasses were just right. I will go back for my next exam.

I had the worst experience here. The staff was rude and did not communicate with each other so I had to go back multiple times because of their errors in ordering. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

I went here a few times and evey time I did they tried to insist I get contacts I Hate contacts and will not wear them. Finally after much discussion I got glasses and I had to get them fixed because I was seeing double not a good experiance all around
