American Airlines

This is the "new" American Airlines??!! You've got big problems. There is no customer service, poorly managed processes from the maintenance of the aircraft to front desk reservations, to trying to find help to locate a lost bag. Due to multiple issues, it took my son three days to get a flight out of Albuquerque to Dallas. We should have drove there instead. On day two, his customer service at the counter was dressed as a crayon for Halloween. Go back into bankruptcy American Airlines, and stay there!!
