Primary Care
In 2003, I sustained a back injury at work. Because of the pain, I was prescribed so many medications that I couldn’t even function (drive, work etc.). I was referred to Dr. Linden by my primary care physician. With Dr. Linden’s acupuncture and Chinese herbs I was able to stop taking ALL the synthetic medications, and was able to function normally.
Smoking Cessation
Acupressure pellets are a great way to extend the benefits of a treatment. Tiny steel pellets on a small piece of clear tape are placed on the acupuncture points in the ear that are most beneficial for your condition. You can then press these pellets for several days after your treatment to stimulate the points. I often use pellets for weight loss, smoking cessation and to relieve stress and pain.

Microcurrent therapy uses very low electrical currents (microcurrents) to treat various health problems. At the cellular level, this therapy stimulates a dramatic increase in ATP, the energy that fuels all biochemical functions in the body. It also bumps up protein synthesis, which is necessary for tissue repair. The ensuing enhancement in blood flow and decrease in inflammation translates into reductions in pain and muscle spasms and increased range of motion. Commonly treated conditions that respond well to microcurrent are muscle and nerve pain, inflamation, tendon and ligament injuries and fibromyalgia. In 2011, I was in a severe roll over car accident that according to emergency and insurance personnel I should not have survived. I had severe neck, shoulder and back pain. I did not want to take any narcotic pain medication because I knew what happened to me the last time in 2003. My auto insurance sent me to a chiropractor, massage therapist and physical therapy.
