Sun Plaza Car Wash & Lube

Drove 20 miles to get my car washed and cleaned. To start, the register/pay machine did not give me a receipt. A gentleman, prior to washing my tires, windshield, etc., helped me at the machine and wrote me a receipt. There was a girl helping him, but she was not doing a good job, barely touched her side of the windshield. After workers (3 females) completed detailing, I got in the car and left. When I got home and stepped out, I realized that none of the doors had been cleaned on inside, other than the windows, and the back had been vacuumed but, again, the gate (SUV) had not been cleaned on the inside. Also, there was some kind of white liquid spilled down the front end of the driver door. I washed it off but, in sunlight, the streaks still show. Also, poor job of vacuuming floor mats. I called Sun Plaza but got answering machine. I could not leave a message, however, because the “mailbox is full.” I take my car to Sun Plaza once a month and there’s always a little something I find wrong, but this time, just about everything was wrong.

Just called an talked to the New Manager about my Car Cleaning today and I have got many there but they had a new hire working on my car and that is fine because everyone has to learn. The lady that was helping him has been there for 5 years an she is Great! But they don't have time to go behind people. So I called to talk to the Manager because when I got home I still had bugs all over the front of my car and the vacuuming wasn't great. Now I spent $30.00. So the Manager wasn't friendly at all. No apologies or nothing. Well just bring it back . Well just bring it back is all he could say. Didn't get my name or nothing. This might be my Last Time there.
