McDonald's

Stop by to grab late night dinner before heading home, which is in Charlotte. Almost one hour drive! Anyways, I ordered 20 pcs nuggets, 1 Big Mac combo, and another combo. I've received 18 pcs nugget and a Big Mac looking like a Mc Double. Looks like someone just tossed some lettuce in it and squirted some thousand island dressing on it. It had no middle bun. I had to Google a picture of a Big Mac. Then I notice the sandwich I received had no sesame seed on it too. I've tried to call that location to let the manager know he/she need to put the employees on check but they will not answer the phone. I shared a video on fb, if corporate want to see it, go ahead. It's on public view. Shame on them!

This place has the worst food iv hac in a very long time..I wish I could give it a half a star...Don't waste your time with this place..Everytime I go there theres something down..Please close this puke wagon down..Worst of the worst..I saw flys dieing while I was there..Puke wagon delux...

The main street Albemarle Mcdonalds is lame! Every night I try and get something late night they always tell me " sorry our systems our down" Then the lady says that they do this once a night from 8:45pm - 5:40am. How convenient..... I went there at 1am.... systems down. She said its down for 30 minutes. Well wouldn't you know 2 hours later its still down. In fact, this is a every night thing. Systems aren't down.... your lazy! Not for long! Calling Corporate! Your secret breaks all night is out. How does your systems down stop you from making a burger anyway?

I visited the store on January 2, 2010. I was so disappointed in this place. I ordered my food and waited quite a while. There were four people at the french fryer machine, standing, talking, doing whatever. One of them ask me three times what I was waiting on. The person should have known this from the word GO!! The person who took my order was checking his cell phone at one point. They had one person at the register. How crazy can this be. This is McDonald's! When I finally got my french fries, there was NO apology for me having to wait. I went around to the dining room area. The floor was dirty with ketchup on it. The tables had NOT been wiped off. Was I in the SLUM area of Albemarle or what?! Those people at the fryer was just standing around-not trying to help anyone. I visit McDonald's quite often in Charlotte. I know a very sweet young lady who got fired because she was the shift manager and the inspector walked in and her dining room was not suitable for guests. I guess, if the inspector walked into your establishment on this day at this time, he would have closed the place DOWN. I am in customer service every weekday and I know CUSTOMER SERVICE.
