Albemarle Appliance Repair

Horrible company. Hateful crew. Actually cost me over $1000 to hire them, and almost had to forfeit the sale of a home because of them. They charge your credit card $55 for the appointment to assure you will be there, then cancel within 1 hour of their appointment with just a rude "sorry, nobody is in your area today". So why did you make my appointment for that day? Why didn't you call me hours ago? Where's my $55 for you not showing to our appointment? Tried talking to them, but they hung up on me. Second call they mouthed off and hung up. Waited a while, and called to speak to a manager. They transferred me to a call center in Arizona where they don't speak clear English. I was just a game for them. Had a house closing in 2 days, needed a simple appliance repair, and they waited too late to notify me they weren't coming for another company to get out to my location. Had to buy a NEW appliance for the buyer so we could close on the house. DO NOT be the next joke for this company. You will regret dealing with this crew.
