Klassy Klean

i tried this company and i was not a good clean at all they stay in my home for 30 mins and nothing was done at all i left a check for them for a 150.00 a they took it and there was not cleaning done this is i very very very very bad company to used i called a better company and my house is a hole lot better clean than this one SO DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

I had couch cleaning done which I do annually. KlassLess Kustomerservice (Klassy Klean) came out and cleaned it left, I saw spots called, and was told they will come out on Saturday, they didn't make it til Monday. Then a dry vac was ran over my couch needless to say the spots were still in the couch. I then called left 4 messages the owner finally called me back and says he will issue a refund, this is after I told him I had hand cleaned my couch and all the spots came out but two. He proceeds to say the chemical you used must be stronger than what we have. (Really you are a professional cleaning service) I never recieved a check I had to ride up to the place of business 2 times because the owner wasn't in. Then he tells me "I feel like I am being taken to the cleaners on this because it has been a month". It has been a month because you haven't returned the 4 calls and messages that I left. KlassLess KustomerService is a bad cleaning service and they care nothing about having business from my experience.

HORRIBLE! About the only way I could tell they had been to my house is they took the check I left for them. For $100 biweekly, they only stay at your house for about an hour. House was not clean!! I could rush through my house and do what they do in about 45 min. by myself. The house was not throughly cleaned at all. I called and told them about it and the team came back out, but they still did not fix the things I told them about and the lady on the phone was rude and condescending. I asked for the supervisor to call me, but that never happened. I will be finding someone else that actually CLEANS the house rather than just brushing over it. I am very disappointed with their level of quality and customer service. And they do not offer the cheapest prices in town as the below post states....one of the higher places actually. (And in this case you do not get what you pay for!)

This is a great company not only were they very professional but very nice people and the best part is SOME OF THE CHEAPEST PRICES AROUND TOWN!!!!!!! You should call and set up a time to not only get your carpets cleaned but your whole house cleand too
