SouthPaw Pet Sitting

I came home from my trip to find my front door wide open and my cat in the hallway of my building. Despite showing the owner how to lock my door and explaining it could be tricky she didn't lock it and it had been wide open for hours before I got home. Once I entered and made sure my animals were still there, I noticed my floor was covered with muddy show prints. I took pictures and sent them to the owner and barely got an apology. When asked about this by the customer that referred me rather than admitting mistakes she said my place smelled like cat urine and she had tried to help with that. Poor practice followed by badmouthing customers home to another customer is NOT my idea of good business. I will never be leaving anything I care about in the hands of southpaw!
