        I have used Computer City for years and find they provide economical, top-rate sales help, service and expertise. They always find practical solutions that save me a lot, which is much appreciated as a solo law office practitioner.

        Our relatively old two desktop computers have required periodic services or updates all of which were performed by the Computer City duo. We are most satisfied with their professional, helpful and friendly attitude, prompt service, competative prices and HONESTY. When a compter has problems, the uninitiated can spend a fortune for unnecesary hardware replacements or softwear problem solutions. Honesty is mandatory for the computer repair technician. Walk in from the conveniant parking lot at the rear of the Computer City store and be greeted immediately with someone who patiently listens to you. CFJ MD

        Very bad customer service

        I would not recommend computer city to any one. They do not fully look into problems, they claimed to have fixed the display problems in my laptop when all they did was put a new screen in not fully fixing the problem and claimed it was fixed. Their shop is incredibly disorganized, I would imagine they loose computer parts quite often in that mess.

        Exceptional!

        I don't know what I would do without this place! Always helpful and quick. The place was recommended to me by a friend, and I would never dream of going anywhere since then. The technicians are honest and precise- the prices are affordable, especially in comparison to best buy or the geek squad. They are always super fast with the turn around- My laptop was returned to me the next day. I recommend computer city to any of my friends experiencing computer problems- they are the best of the best.

        I took my laptop first to a repair shop and they told me a needed a motherboardthe cost would be more than 400$,then i took it to computer city and they fixed it for 119$ i was very pleased with the very good and quick service.

        very helpful!

        I have had my computers serviced through computer city for the past couple years. The staff is very helpful and you know they are not ripping you off, which is the best thing you can ask for these days. Everything is surprisingly affordable. The staff is knowledgeable about their products and they do whatever it takes to meet the customers needs.

        I was unable to access my external hard drive (it said it needed formatted) which was my photo album over the last five years. I contacted larger businesses in the Akron/Canton area, little help or no response. I looked in the phone book, contacted Computer City. I took my drive in Monday and it was ready to go by Wednesday. They had pulled my pictures from my the hard drive, installed same on dvd, formatted my hard drive, reinstalled pictures back. Very professional and fast service.

        I bought a used laptop from Computer City. Any time I have a problem or can't figure out how to do something with it, they are happy to help me. The prices are excellent and the service is wonderful!
