Chipotle Mexican Grill

This has to be one of the best Chipotle’s I’ve been to that was not in my surrounding area of Youngstown in a long time. They deliver the same service they do at home.👏🏼I stopped at one earlier in Akron off of Market that was pitiful. After waiting for over 15 min we left. The workers weren’t smiling and was extremely slow. So happy we made the decision to leave. Stopping in Medina and waiting made it all worth while. Hats of to the employee with the purple hair. Wish I would have gotten your name but girl... you did your thing!!! You kept it moving with a smile. Thank now I’m about to chow.

I placed a online order for my family. When I arrived to pick it up I noticed writing on the receipt that said Substituted soft shell for hard shell. I asked the cashier what was going on and he said they ran out so I was given soft shell. I responded with I can’t eat soft shell once after eating those I came down with the flue and now the thought of them makes me nauseous. The cashier gave me a smart ass laugh. I then asked him why didn’t someone call me to see what I wanted instead since they were out and explained customers have to include their phone number to complete the online order. I said I wanted a refund and they can keep the tacos. I was told they can’t do that and I’ll have to call corporate for a refund. I demanded to speak with the manager. I expressed to the manager that it was sheer laziness that no one called to to confirm there was a problem with my order. His response was they were busy. In my opinion they stole money from me. I paid for a product which I did not get then said we are not giving your money back. After researching online a lot of people have the same problems with LARCENY at Chipotle. This is one of the most difficult times for people today with COVID-19 and Chipotle could care less about customer service and taking what’s not theirs.
