Tom has no customer service skills and was very rude. I will never give him my business. Went in to buy a candle w an attached flowers arrangement and from the moment I started asking him questions he was rude. Every question I asked he seemed annoyed at. I went to coopers to buy the candle and questioned why I was continuing buying from him but did anyway. When I brought the flower/candle arrangement to my friends (her mother died) she opened the wrapped arrangement and it was broken. The flowers were not glued to the candle top. I called Tom and he was rude again w no personality and he said I bought the wrong candle. I said why didn't you tell me it was the wrong candle? He says I don't have to tell you anything. He also said "it was how it was was when you picked it up ". The arrangement was wrapped in cellophane and ribbon, I couldn't see that it was not glued. A very unpleasant man to deal with.
