Tri State Supply

they had the owners dad replace my 7 year old furnace which had a ten year warranty and a life time warranty on the heat exchanger after three weeks of no heat and ten phone calls only after consumers power was called did anything get done then the furnace they put in is 10,000 btu less and only a one stage not the two stage i had have called them and was told there is nothing they will do take about poor service and giving a smaller furnace rip off company beware up date the furnace which was replace on dec 8 has now stopped after less then seven days called tri state supply but no return call as always his dad who installed it will not return calls like before goodman furnace has not returned my call do not know why some one can not do anything update today december 27 called tri state and the owners dad to find out if they will come out and install the furnace right so it does not hold no one has returned my ten phone calls and nothing is being done to solve this and tri state supply and his dad ted smith of blissfield who installed it wrong will not fix it must not know how beware of tri state supply ,,ted smith and goodman heating and air update january8 2018 after twenty phone calls to tri state supply and ted smith still nothing done to have the furance still hold water and now the secondary heat exchanger is full of water and only a matter of time before the new one will quit and will never buy goodman products nothing but junk so know after there months still not right and tri state said they will do nothing as ted smith said the same do not belive they know how to install them right to start with the place need to stop ripping people off and close thire doors
