Lenawee Walk In Clinic

I recently had visited the walk in clinic and I was very pleased with the staff and especially pleased with Dr. Bansal. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my health and she came up with a plan for me to better my health. Thank you again Dr. Bansal

Terrible service. Only walk in clinic in Adrian and doctor is rarely in. What is the point of having posted hours if the doctor rarely keeps them.

I called this clinic during their open hours of service and was told the doctor had decided to leave early for the day so they were closing and would not see my daughter. I would not recommend this clinic.

My daughter went to this clinic this afternoon - very sick (my daughter is away at college). We have a PPO and the receptionist told her that she more than a $5000 deductible that must be satisfied before they would see her. She obviously does not understand how a PPO works. Also she told her they do no billing at this clinic. She advised her she would have to pay in full in order to have an appointment. The receptionist took the time to scare her about some mysterious $5000 her parents "owe" but did not take the time to explain to her that she could have paid, taken the receipt, and given it to me and we would then be reimbursed by our insurance company for the visit. She suggested my daughter go to a different clinic. When I phoned to confront the office as to this bad information (I felt so outraged that my daughter was so sick and had to go to find another clinic) the receptionist had no compassion towards my feelings - she advised me that "she did not have time to argue" and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Dr. Bansal who was also very uncompassionate and advised me that "they do not do free services." I felt so insulted by this mecial staff and that my daughter and I were both mistreated. I would strongly advise against going to this doctor/clinic.
