Swedish Massage
Lindsay Carmody has over 15 years of experience in Massage Therapy. Graduating from the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy in 2006, Lindsay specializes in Prenatal, Hotstone, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, and Body Scrubs. Lindsay is a member of AMTA and licensed in the state of Michigan.
Deep Tissue Massage
This technique is a modern version of cupping therapy. The purpose is to enhance circulation, relieve pain, remove “heat” and pull out the toxins that linger in your body’s tissue. Cups are placed and moved around on the skin for an added deep tissue massage.
