Adrian Medical and Dental - Family Medical Center of Michigan

Oh I am very anti-dentist, let me tell you,. Needless to say, it has been years and two of my teeth had to come out and I needed four+ stitches. Granted, the receptionist could smile more, I mean she is working at the 'Dentist' office, gees. Anyway, getting past her, the hygienist was really nice and asked me every step of the way if I was okay. She was kind, attentive, compassionate, and she didn't judge. The Doctor/Dentist (Kathy?) was also kind, soft spoken, and made sure I was okay before I left. I would easily recommend this place. my visit was 7.27.15.

They have cancelled on me twice because the dentist didn't come in. Therefore I rescheduled and had to wait almost 2 months. The Secretaries (some of them) are very rude and act like they hate their jobs. They built a brand new building recently and the wait is still as long as before . Yes, they take low-income discounts but be careful because you don't get full professionals at all times... Very disappointed in their some of their staff and organization is very poor....
