He is an excellent doctor and I have been very satisfied with his service; since I have been under his care, my pain is manageable.

I have been in law enforcement for over 20 years. This profession comes with a lot of wear and tear on the body. Luckily, Dr. East and his team at Addison Pain are here for me. I have suffered with multiple soft tissue injuries along with joint problems, and Addison Pain has always gotten me out of pain. I am so pleased with their regenerative medicine treatment options, primarily the use of platelet rich plasma. The results aren't necessarily immediate, but over time, your body begins to heal and you feel it! Less pain and more tolerance to activity. From the time I walked in the door to the time I was taken to a room, the staff was kind and courteous. Dr. Flores-Bugarin listened intently as I explained my fall and what parts of my body hurt. She gave me chiropractic adjustments and injections to relieve the pain. After several visits, I could bend, stoop, get in bed on my own, and stopped yelling due to pain when I sneezed.

I am 61 years old and I feel and can do anything I did when I was 41 years old. Dr. East and his professional and caring staff have provided me with a customized treatment plan that is specific to my medical condition. Dr. East, Sylvia Bugarin, NP, and the rest of his incredible staff have been helping me for a few years and I can't say enough wonderful things about their office. I was a competitive gymnast growing up and am now suffering the consequences as an adult.

So, years ago when Sylvia recommended I try a Rhizotomy for my back and neck pain, I was extremely skeptical at first. Now, I wonder what took me so long!!?? It was an absolute blessing. She also added Botox in as part of my treatment which has also been a godsend (for both neck pain and has made my migraines all but disappear!) But it's not just the treatments, it's the way the staff takes such good care of their patients.
