STAY AWAY! I went to have a bridge put in 2 years ago. The office manager name was Julie who was fired for "not doing her job" according to the new office manager Marissa. The dentist under her also no longer works there. After leaving this place they inactivated my account so I got no reminders or anything on next steps forward like cleanings or anything at all.

This prompted me to get a second opinion on the work done by this place and I found out that my bridge wasn't put on correctly and needs to be removed because teeth are exposed. This dentist asked me "who put this in" and I said "epic dentistry" and they told me they put it in wrong because teeth shouldn't be exposed. I called Epic Dentistry back today because they never returned my call from last week and got Marissa who said "this could be due to neglect after 2 years". I have recorded conversations with everyone where they said "this bridge can last 5, 10, 25, or life if taken care of". Marissa the office manager said on this call "thats not true" but I recorded that entire conversation so I have proof and still have that recording.

This place will scam you so do not use them because if you have any issues with their work, they will gaslight you, say you are being difficult, and refuse to resolve anything by using the excuss "it could be die to neglect". So if anyone is reading this and you care about your teeth, do not go to this hell hole. I only went because I needed emergency dental work and they were right there 5 minutes away, but now that I know better I am warning everyone to stay away from here.

I would have sued and threatened to do so, but I am past the 2 years statutory limit because I didn't know about the issue until 2 years after and no lawyer will take the case if under $20k. They know that so if anyone takes the case I will be lucky I guess. My damages are around $10k. In the meantime I am warning people about this place as I feel I should because I dont want to see anyone hurt
