Vision One at Brookstone Villa

My family and I have been going to this location for over 15 years. I called them this morning asking for a huge favor. My husband is out of town so I am the only driver home who needed to get my child to a 9:00 am Doctor appt and then get back home by 11:30 at the latest to get him to soccer. I had a contact stuck in my eye that wouldn't come out. I called them at 8:45 am telling them of my dilemma and said I could get there by 10:15 but had to leave at 11:00 in order to handle driving my son. They said they didn't know if they could fit me in but they would try. Well as you guessed I sat there for 45 minutes kindly asking and reminding them of my need to leave thir office by 11:00 to no avail. Apparently that's how you treat a 15 year plus customer. When I tried to call them after I left to speak to the office manager they wouldn't pick up the phone. Nice. I would be fired if I treated any customer like that. Never again.
