        JOHN ANDREW FLOORING IS A JOKE!!!!!! ATTITUDE WITH A SLEEZY SMILE!!!!!
        We have used John Andrew Hardwood Flooring twice. The first time was wonderful but the second time 4 years later was awful. They not only provided us with the incorrect LVT we purchased but they installed it incorrectly to the point I had to threaten legal counsel if they did not correct the problem. The boards on the LVT kept moving for it was a floating floor but apparently my floor needed to be leveled and that is why. Why did they not tell me this to begin with for we would of had it leveled......money was not necessarily an issue. Finally John came out himself and used a glue gun of all things to glue around the perimeter and each piece. I will NEVER use this company again. John is rude and does not realize nor care that his customers keep him open...referrals are even hotter. Be careful if you choose this company for you must be ready for and attitude from both the owner and the office staff
