I had been using Sandra for year, last year she cut my dogs tongue and never even called to tell me she was there for several hours. I picked her up and notified the blood on her lip when I asked what happened she then told me. My baby had to have surgery and have a piece of her tongue removed. She did pay the medical bills but never called to check on her. Very displeased that she didn't call to even tell me as soon as it happened
