Diamond Pizza & Grill

The only reason I am even posting is because I feel there is quite a bit of potential here but it will take some work. We ordered 3 calzones and they weren't bad, but they weren't great either, especially for the price. I opted to pick up and carry out and it was obvious they weren't very busy, however the pies were very sloppily and hastefully thrown together. We ordered 2 supremo calzones and 1 pepperoni. In all 3, the pepperoni were thrown into the pie at one end in a huge 1/2 inch stack, not spread out at all. The 2 supremos were the same with other fillings being piled inside instead of being spread throughout the pie. The dough was soft, not at all crispy but the sizes were generous as were the amount of fillings inside. The price of additional toppings is different at the register than what is listed on their website menu, which for me was extremely inappropriate and the thing which will keep me from going back. Its your website, its your menu, keep it up to date. My biggest pet peeve is surprise pricing at the register. It is quite clear that there is not much involvement of the owner which pretty much goes against being a non-chain pizzeria. It is clear that this place could be much much better but will take a considerable increase in participation by the owner. I live 5 minutes from this place and until I see a marked increase in ratings, I wont be back.

Took 1 hr 20 min to deliver a one pizza 10 minutes from them! Was told 45 min. Owner simply said " it won't happen again" no offer to give discount or anything. No more ordering from there!!

Was told 45 min to a hour. After a hour I called and was told delivery was out. 10 minutes later still no delivery. Finally 20 minutes after I called after waiting a hour he shows up laughing as if it was a joke he was late with so many excuses. I live 10 min in a straight line away from this place. I will never eat there or order from there again. As I type this I am having to reheat my pizza in the oven. They fooled me and got my $20 tonight. Never again!!!!!!!!

Youngsville is so lucky to have Diamond Pizza. Whether you dine in or order for delivery, you can't help but be happy with what you get. Their pizza is perfect in every way, and so is everything else they make. When you go to Diamond Pizza, you will always be treated to service with a smile. And when you order for delivery, you can be sure that the food will come quickly. Besides being delicious, the food is also really affordable.

Diamond Pizza makes the best pizza in all of Youngsville and Raleigh. It is more than just the pizza, though. Everything at Diamond Pizza is delicious, especially the stromboli and the calzones. The food is great at Diamond Pizza and so is everything else -- the people, the service, everything. They are also great at hosting parties. I had one for my son there last year and I will do it again this year. And I order from Diamond Pizza at least one a week, sometimes twice.

Diamond Pizza does everything right all the time. I have never been disappointed. Their pizza is without a doubt the best and I have only had pizza as good as Diamond Pizza in New York City. But I have never had stromboli or cheese steak hoagies as good as they make it at Diamond Pizza. My wife has also used them to cater for a few get-togethers and we have always been more than satisfied. Their delivery is quick and reliable too.

Diamond Pizza is THE *best* pizzeria in the area! Everything they make tastes fresh and delicious -- the pizzas, strombolis, calzones, and salads -- you just can't go wrong. The atmosphere is great, and the service is excellent. The place is under new management now and, while it was always good, it is now even better. The BEST in fact! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

I love everything about Diamond Pizza & Grill - the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I've had the opportunity to sample different items from the menu and have been consistently impressed with the flavor and quality of everything I've had. The strombolis and calzones are absolutely amazing, the salads are fresh and delicious, and the pizza is definitely the best in the area. If you want a great meal at a great price, go to Diamond. You won't be disappointed!

decent food, a little on the high side for what it is, but one of the few places that delivers in youngsville. I think they add a delivery charge on orders that the driver DOES get, so i dont tip much. fine dining, no but decent food yes, especially on busy days when i dont want to cook. we like their cheese steak hoagies.

We order from there at least once a week. Their food is good and their service is exceptional. Highly recommend over the overpriced Fox's Pizza.

I call to order delivery which they claim is 3-5 miles but apparaently that does not include 4 miles, or Trailer parks. I ended up going to pick it up and was also overcharged for my food.(Keep the 5 dollars I guess you need it more than me) If you are lucky enough to catch them in the mood you will receive food that is only ordinary, ut don't expect to receive good customer service from the 2 blonde young ladies (1 is a manager) or much compassion from the owner when their customer service sucks. I suppose if I owned a business in a rural area and offered delivery I would either serve all or none. I see their treatment of me and my neighbors nothing short of profiling. I certainly hope they either learn customer service or make way for a better business.

I order from them a lot. They always have great food and very courteous drivers. I would recommend them.
