We bought living room furniture 10th November , it was first time ever shopping in Ashley furniture store. We got it delivered on Tuesday 15th, back of loveseat came broken which delivery guys noticed & took it back , we received another new loveseat within a few days. We had the couch only a week & the back of recliner went on nov 22nd, 2 days before thanksgiving,the other side is ready to go. I contacted Ashley furniture customer service on Wednesday nov 23rd, had to sent photos of couch& their policy is to sent a tech out, to see if they can fix it, even though it's brand new.I couldn't get in contact with them again till Saturday 26th as was thanksgiving & at first the earliest date they could get tech out was this Saturday 3rd of December but lady called me back & that tech fixes other stuff so then earliest date was Thursday dec 8th , 16 days after it broke. I understand their policy but no one should have to wait that long for someone to come out and fix it, should be out within a day or two, what's point in paying hundreds for special warranty . After all it's brand new! Last Saturday I asked the lady to get a manager to call me as want to return everything we bought and shop elsewhere . 6 days later I'm still waiting on manager to call me back . I would never set foot inside any Ashley store again & definty would not recommend my family or friends to shop there. A total disaster , customer service stinks !!!
