DON'T USE THIS PRINTER!



Unable to accurately describe the poor quality of this company's work. Used them to print invitations and mugs. First, very surprised that the work product sent to me initially contained several type-O's. Obviously, they did not proof-read their own work product. After correcting the invitations several times, they turned out fine.



The mugs: Clearly printing on mugs is not their field of expertise. Unfortunately, they are sticking to the fact that they emailed the design of the mug and I approved the design. Of course, I approved the design. You can tell dimensions on a flat email! Trusting that they would take pride in their work product, I waited for the finished product. What I got was the cheapest possible mug in the universe that cannot even be used, but the artwork on the mug is a disaster.



After notifying the Badge Busters of the unacceptable work product, both parties working at this company became angry and unprofessional and refused to accept any responsibility for their work product.



This is the worst printing experience I have ever encourtered and certainly the most unprofessional and unreasonable company. I could have done these myself for a lot cheaper. Bottom line: You don't treat customers like they treated me.
