Kidney Cancer
A kidney tumor is an abnormal growth within the kidney. Kidney cancer is slightly more common in males and is usually diagnosed between the ages of 50 and 70 years. The most common kidney cancer is called renal cell carcinoma. If found early, the survival rate for patients with kidney cancer can range from 79-100%.
Kidney Stones
Urine contains many dissolved minerals and salts that may form stones. Some stones stay in the kidney, and do not cause any problems. Sometimes, the kidney stone can travel down the ureter, the tube between the kidney and the bladder. If the stone becomes lodged in the ureter, it blocks the urine flow from that kidney and causes pain.
Testicular Cancer
Testicular cancer is most likely treatable and most often curable. It is the most common cancer in men 15 to 34 years old.

Ultrasound
A urologist can check hormone levels, such as testosterone or prolactin, via blood tests. They may also utilize other lab tests to check for abnormalities that could tie in to erectile dysfunction. An ultrasound can gauge blood flow. Your urologist can prescribe certain medications to aid in erectile functionality. In patients who do not respond to oral medication, intracavernosal injection therapy (medications injected directly into the penis) vacuum devices or intra-urethral therapy, (medicated tablets inserted into the urethra of the penis) can be used to get and maintain an erection. In patients who do not respond to non-surgical treatments at all, surgery may be used to insert a flexible or inflatable apparatus into the penis to manually produce erections.
MRI
The initial imaging study is usually an ultrasound or CT scan. In some cases, a combination of imaging studies may be required to completely evaluate the tumor. If cancer is suspected, an evaluation for metastasis includes an abdominal CT scan or MRI, chest X-ray and blood tests.

X-Rays
Computed Tomography
When a person has blood in the urine (hematuria) or sudden abdominal or side pain, tests like an ultrasound or a CT scan may diagnose a stone. These imaging tests tell the health care provider how big the stone is and where it is located.
Chemotherapy
Because ejaculation can be impaired with surgery and because chemotherapy can lower sperm counts (usually only temporarily), you may wish to bank sperm before treatment.
Radiation Therapy
Sometimes used in conjunction with hormone therapy, this treatment can be used if the cancer has spread outside of the prostate gland or for cases in which the cancer has come back after surgery. There are multiple types of radiation therapy that can be used including External Beam, Brachytherapy, and Intensity Modulated.

Prostate cancer affects the prostate gland, which sits at the base of the bladder and is found only in men. Minimally invasive surgery for prostate cancer involves removing the prostate gland and the affected tissue around it using laparoscopic instruments.
Vasectomy
Vasectomy is a minor procedure to block sperm from reaching the semen that is ejaculated from the penis. Semen still exists, but it has no sperm in it. A vasectomy prevents pregnancy better than any other method of birth control, except abstinence.

Lesions
This procedure is especially recent, as it was approved by the FDA in 2015 for use in the treatment of BPH. The Rezūm System utilizes water vapor to break up lesions in the tissue of the prostate.
