Precision Transmission & Auto Repair

I went in here the other day after having called them from my Honda dealership with complaints of a faulty AC. Honda had said that it would be $185 for diagnostic and 3-4 hours of waiting. I googled precision auto and decided to give them a call. The person who answered the phone, Moe, told me to just bring it down and he'll take a look. No mention of diagnostic fees or anything. When I got there he was extremely pleasant, had me wait maybe half hour while he checked it out and saw that it was a loose wire and nothing else. He also topped off my antifreeze for me. The service here was great and I can't wait to come here again next time as it's only 10 minutes from my house. Very efficient on time and service. Great customer service and overall experience. I'll be sure to recommend

Nicky is very knowledgeable of the workings in the shop and very good at explaining what's going on inside of the transmission . They all go that extra step to make a bad day ( trans break down ) a whole lot better !!!

A whole lot of things were wrong with my transmission, but Moe looked out for me. He knew Ford Explorers from 7 years before my model year. I love how my truck drives now. And the guys said they have my back no matter what happens- okay, for the next year. Or 12,000 Miles. I love the work they did.

My husband got his transmission rebuilt by them, paid over $3000 for the repair. A few months down the line the transmission began to act up and my husband returned it to get looked at. Moe, the manager of this facility had been ducking and dodging all of my husband's calls until finally we just took the car there. After much back and forth with the manager about the warranty that was clearly in our favor, he said he would take a look at it. A week later we picked the car up and he said the problem had nothing to do with the transmission but there was an issue with the catalytic converter. We took it to another shop who advised us that there would be no affect to the transmission because of any catalytic converter issues. Now the car can only drive in reverse, and it still remains a transmission issue. My husband is still under warranty and the manager is still giving him a difficult time about looking at the car. This business claims they're legit, but they are just as sheisty as many other auto companies.

very very bad experience. these mechanics know nothing about cars and I mean nothing. will also change price after agreed upon price.
