The before and after pictures really gave us, a great understanding of what is going on on the roof. Options were given to us for fixes, temporary and more permanent.

I am very pleased with Johansen excellent workmanship and the quality of the repair. After repairing my roof last year with a local contractor I thought the problem was solved. With this company I paid the same amount of money and the workmanship was superior . I love the feature of taking digital pictures of my roof before and after the repair. They also examined the rest of the roof which gives me piece of mind. I will definitely refer them to friends and family . Great customer service !!!!

I just had Excelsior complete a full roof repair on my home last week. I cannot say enough great things about their professionalism to work with and the quality of their work! They did an exceptional job!! I am recommending them to all my friends who need roof work.

The roofing team knew what they were doing. They replaced roofing plywood only where needed and did a nice job. They cleaned up reasonably well after the job. They were very pleasant and did everything I asked them to do including installing two bathroom vents and an attic ventilator. Their fee was reasonable. I really liked the idea that they use a trailor for the debris removal and that saves the driveway from damage and saves us waiting for a bin to be removed. Nice job all around. finally, John was great to deal with!

After the weekend rain there was substantial leakage coming from the ceiling. Called a number of roof repair companies and Johansen Improvements was the only one to call me back on the same day. They sent out a repairman out the next day. He was personable and professional. Discovered small holes/cracks between the flashing and roof/brick work. The flashing was nailed down and re-caulked expeditiously. Thank you

Excellent place! Beautiful cabinets and great service. We bought kitchen cabinets there for a major remodel: good quality and very reasonable price. The most important: very personable and client-oriented service. They were our representative: knowledgeable about her business, always available to give advice and ... simply a wonderful person to work with. That last thing cannot be undervalued: remodels are stressful!
