Great experience:

My experience with this company was excellent. I work in procurement engineering and am a landlord of a duplex in Orlando, and I know how to do my homework. I had a 6 camera system, and DVR with a monitor display next to the door installed. I do have to say, there was a lot of benefit in having their team install the cameras as they were able to help me consider options I hadn't otherwise thought of, therefore yielding a better result without a sudden price impact. This was especially true when it came to camera orientation, as I was able to see on the monitor a person's position and clairty while another person could align it in real time. The equipment was purchased at competitive or better pricing than what I found online, and the service rate was reasonable. There was also a lot of value in going to the store and talking through the project with the owner... Do yourself a favor, stay local, you can never trust that crap you find online to then never have a person to reach out to when you run into technical difficulties.... I'm writing this 1 year after the install, and everything is working just fine.

Set up appointment with employee for service call, then they never show up or call. Call, leave message with employee, no one ever returns call. Find another company to do business with.

This company was previously known as Web Warriors. The owner came out to give us a quote and was told specifically where to put the cameras, he failed to map out where the cameras were supposed to go and they ended up in the wrong places. Cameras were put in the siding of the house when they were expressly told to only put cameras in the eaves. Two cameras ended up in the wrong location all together. Since the siding and wood had already been drilled out we didn’t have much choice but to leave the cameras where they were. First day of installation one of the cameras had to be replaced since it showed lines going through the one screen for that specific camera. Second one had to be replaced since the LED's weren't working, and now a third camera needs to be replaced because it is showing rings around it when viewed at night.



Were told the cameras would be able to identify in prosecution range anyone at the end of the driveway (at night), tested and you couldn’t make out the person’s features at 5 feet from the camera! To the company’s credit they did upgraded the two most important cameras to a better camera for free.



Issue with DVR not backing up to thumb drives and they refuse to replace the DVR and instead say to view the cameras online. What they don't say is that the online tool to view the cameras is registered as medium risk I'm assuming it is either the server or website that connects to the cameras. I have had issues with Trojan viruses after viewing the cameras online from my laptop which over half the time doesn't work at all.



Ultimately would not recommend and if I could go back would definitely not have used this company.

Nice people, sold me a product I found out I can buy online for half of what I paid them. Wouldn't recommend buying from unless you do your homework first.

You never want to purchase anything from this company. I had the worst experience ever from this company. The owner will tell you that he's selling you everything new and when I purchased one of their surveillance system for over $2300.00, I had nothing but problems with it from day one... His staff tried to fix it and it still had problems. I called them again and again and they ignored my calls. I called another company to learn that the computer system was built with used and refurbished parts. I also learned that the surveillance system was loaded with an illegal version of micro soft operating system. They also go under the name Webwarrior, Inc. and Surveillance Plus.
