Deja Vu Tattoo & Piercing

Awful customer service. My cousin and I tried to get a tattoo 2 days in a row and was told many different manners in which to schedule an appointment or not to schedule an appointment. Either way, I'm still confused. It seems as though they are picking and choosing who they want to work with? And the "owner" appeared to be under the influence of something when talking to us. The receptionist was extremely rude and impersonal and seemed as though she didn't want to deal with us either day. I've seen great work from this place, however, with such terrible customer service, they will never receive my business! Thumbs down!!! I gave a 1 star rating only because there is nothing lower.

Recommend to all my friends out there have had my sleeve work from karen and Willam and they always exceed my expectations!!!!!Luv u guys!!!!

Very talented artists and friendly people...love the ideas and creations that they show through the art and the individual's. Great place and great people.

The industrial I got here was done wrong. After three months the swelling didn't go down and I developed keloids because of bad placement. I went a few times to ask about it and was told it was 'fine'. After going a few times, the bar was switched out and bent but it did not help. I went again a couple weeks later after that and still was told it looked 'fine' and do the aspirin treatment for the bumps. I went to a different piercer who told me what I already highly suspected. That the piercing itself was not placed right and the only way for it to get better was to take it out. Time and money for the piercing and aftercare for it wasted.

The studio is the nicest studio in winston salem. All of the artists and body piercers are clean, friendly, and professional. I would highly recomend this studio for anyone who needs a tattoo or piercing. They do a fantastic job.

Having called ahead before making the long drive in mall traffic to ensure someone would be there to talk to us about a custom tattoo, we were assured some one would be there. I called twice once that morning and another before I left. I thought I had a scheduled appointment. Obviously not. Well of course the 3 or 4 tattoo artist laying on the couch were much to busy keeping the seat cushion from falling off the couch to even talk to us. Not one customer was sitting in a chair, everyone sitting around worked there. LAZY, egotistical and down right snobby. I guess they think they are on a reality show with their condescending attitudes. Not getting my money. Nor will I recommend them to anyone. Went somewhere else there are 18 tattoo places within a 50 mile radius of this place, they should consider this when it comes to customer service. I received my custom tat for 250.00 So in all fairness they did me a favor, I would have never lasted 4 hours at the mall tattoo parlor.,

LOVE THIS PLACE! I've gotten two tattoos and several piercings here and they were just amazing! They're clean, friendly, easy to talk to, down to earth people who REALLY love what they're doing! They are all amazing here!

THIS IS THE BEST TATTOO STUDIO IN WINSTON-SALEM HANDS DOWN! THEY ARE QUITE HELPFUL, ARTIST ARE GREAT, AND THE STUDIO HAS HOSPITAL GRADE EQUIPMENT THAT KEEPS PEOPLE LIKE US SAFE FROM THOSE DIRTY PARLORS. GO ANY WHERE ELSE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTING YOURSELF. I LOVE THESE GUYS BECAUSE THEY GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY!

This is not your parents old tattoo shop! The shop owner is a true business man, he ensures that you are provided with the safest and most comfortable facilities possible. Not only are you going to get quality work but Deja Vu offers state of the art programs to help you pay for your tattoo/piercing. Who would have ever thought you could finance a tattoo?!

I hardly recommend this place , Karina and Hugo are very professional, they know their job. Clean and excellent location ( Hanes Mall) and affordable pricing. There you get the most for less, $$

Karen es increible una gran artista es mi primer tatuaje que me hago con ella pero estoy mas que seguro que no es el ultimo, Definitivamente Deja Vu tiene que ser la mejor casa de tatuajes en la ciudad, ir a un lugar como este te da la confianza de saber que las personas que trabajan ahi saben lo que estan haciendo y no te preocupas de alguna infeccion o algo parecido Buen trabajo.

OMG! This place is the greatest Tattoo and Piercing studio in the world. Tony did a great job on my tattoo and I receive compliments every time I step out. Jimmy the piercer is so knowledgeable about all body piercing concepts. But check this out, they also provide permanent cosmetics like lip liner, eye brows, eye liner etc. no more drawing them on. Clean, top of the line studio and knowledgeable staff! Go see them today!
