Princeton Van Service Moving & Storage

Danielle came out and gave us a quote for the moving and storage of our belongings, she explained the process of placing everything in their climate controlled storage area. She was supportive during the move and was always available to answer any questions I had. Thank you Danielle!

Dave and his team packed up our home last week and moved our belongings into their storage facility. The team was efficient, courteous and very hard working, they all took great care in the handling and packing of our belongings. This is our second time using Princeton Van Service Moving and Storage I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Princeton Moving Vans for my move from South Jersey to Philadelphia. Although there was some initial misunderstanding with the owner of the company my experience with David R. And his crew was nothing was great. They were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond during a stressful time. I would definitely recommend them in the future for anyone moving.

Be WARE - Do NOT.

I never heard of or hired this company until a Police Detective called me from a suburb of Seattle - the town I moved from - telling me that they had arrested some individuals with stolen goods from the moves of several families. Apparently the "moving company" I hired, hired Princeton Moving to actually move my goods, which were both stolen AND damaged.

The company I hired blames Princeton - Perennial Van Lines (they have no vans) , and barely will return my calls!!!

They are trying to see if Princeton will give me a refund of their portion of payment (about 1/3 of the total price of my move) a paltry $1000.00 - about half of the cost of the rental truck alone. That is all the compensation they are willing to offer when I had to pay for flights from Florida to Seattle, Ubers, Hotels, Meals, Rental Truck, Fuel, Tolls, Loaders, Unloaders, Parking, Missed work. AND drive said truck from Seattle to Florida by myself!

Plus the stress and anguish of seeing a lifetime of possessions and memories strewn about in police custody with red "evidence" tape all over it. Then to go through said items and the items of other families who were also robbed of their possessions identifying what was and was not mine.

So far I have found damaged/missing a 72" custom made glass-top desk, a captains bed and an area rug - and I haven't even opened any boxes yet. The desk is necessary for my job and will be nearly impossible to replace.

Not a great way to treat a 60+ grandmother. Would you expect your 60+ year old grandmother/mother/grandfather/father to have to go through that - including driving alone across the entire United States in a rented box truck during a pandemic.

Princeton has not reached out to me and all and Perennial will not return my calls/texts/emails other that to say "we have 30 days to deliver your things" or "well you got your things didn't you .... what is the problem". No where is there a place to file a claim for damages.

We hired Princeton Van Service in the past & just had them move us again on April 21st & we are so happy! The moving crew Byron, Joe, Ted & Kevin are professional & courteous. They packed & moved our 4 bedroom home efficiently & with care. They offered me free boxes & even moved our swing set! Most importantly each move was done with ease start to finish. I highly recommend their services for any move!

On Saturday, 4/23, I had a phenomenal experience moving (Now how many people can say that?!) with Princeton Van Service. The guys were ON TIME, FRIENDLY, RECEPTIVE TO MY NEEDS, and EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. My house was loaded in very short order, there was no damage to speak of, and was off-loaded with the same care and attention to detail. The owner, Lou, and his office staff were extremely easy to work with as far as paperwork, billing, etc. This folks took what always amounts to be an extremely anxiety ridden experience and took much of the stress away. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your next big (or small) move, relocation, etc. If you are even considering transporting your personal belongings, I would give the crew from Princeton Van Service a call RIGHT NOW!!

The movers Joe,Teddy,and Bryon came and did a wonderful job moving really heavy and awkward furniture and with uncomfortable circumstances with doorways and staircases. They did not even flinch and made an uncomfortable move into a comfortable and quick move! Thank you and I look forward to using your team again soon

After 2 calls to set up an appointment, the movers never showed up... and didn't respond to multiple calls/messages after the "no show". Don't rely on this company for your moving needs.

I recently sold my house of twenty years and moved into an apt. half the size. Princeton Van moved us into that house all those years ago and there was no question in my mind that I would go with them again. This is a great company. I cannot say enough good things about their service from the first call to the office, to meeting with Lou for an estimate, to moving out day to moving in day. The crews are fantastic. My stuff had to sit on the truck for a couple of days before I could get into my new place so I basically worked with 2 different crews and they are just amazing workers and people. So careful and considerate and kind and willing to go the extra mile no matter how many times they have to go up a flight of stairs with something heavy. They took all the stress out of what could have been a nightmare. And I didn't do any comparison shopping because I knew I wanted to go with them, but judging by conversations I've had with friends, their prices are very fair. And they also had to move my baby grand piano which was handled flawlessly. 5 stars for sure.

have found one moving company that is reliable and does a fantastic job with

moving my life possessions with the utmost care. A very professional company

who has great workers that get the job done right and on time. I have

recommended Princeton Van Service to my family, friends and co-workers for years

now, and everyone has been satisfied and very happy with their service. From the

friendly, hard-working staff to flexible scheduling, they are top

notch with the ability to move anyone, no matter how little or how much stuff

you have. Excellent all the way around.

Due to the nature of my husband's business we move around quite a bit and Princeton van service was the best moving company we have ever hired in all of NY, NJ and PA! They were great from start to finish. Im not sure where the next place we move will be but I definitely know the moving company we will be using from now on! Pros: The price and customer service was great. From the salesperson to the actual movers. Outstanding.Cons: There is nothing negative that I can say. Everything was far and above my expectations.I have moved several times and Princeton Van Services was by far the best. All the promises were kept and the customer service was well above what I had expected. The final cost was below the original estimate. The salesman did not run and hide like most do after the sale.
