Dr. William Bruce Knapp, OD

Dr. Knapp is direct and to the point but he knows his business! He is polite but not gushing all over you when you come in for an appointment. If you need to be coddled go somewhere else. I really like how I can get in, get a great quality exam at a very low price and then get on my way. Even better is that he usually has my conventional contacts in stock so I don't have to run all over town or on the internet looking for them.

He may be short with the customer, but my opinion is:
He works alone, therefore keeps overhead down and in turn he offers lower prices to his patients. He has always been this way with me, but great help with the product I chose to use.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HUNG UP ON CUSTOMER SAYING HE WAS TOO BUSY AND REFUSED TO ADD PRESCRIPTION CHANGES AS REQUIRED TO FILL WITH OUT CHARGING ANOTHER " FEE " !!!
