        I have recently visited Pep Boys twice for a variety of needs with my car. Both times, I was amazed by the extremely friendly service, the knowledge of Charles, the General Manager, and Aerial, the Asst. Manager, and Chris, one of the technicians. They are very knowledgeable and go the last mile to solve a problem and keep the customer happy. Their expertise is especially valuable to me since I own a 22-year old car which would cost a fortune if I took it to a dealership. It’s even a pleasure hanging out in their waiting room, as Charles or Aerial frequently updated me on their progress. They have Customer Service down to a fine art! I highly recommend them for their honesty, knowledge, friendliness and tenacity in solving a vehicle’s problems. Pep Boys will certainly be my first stop in the future for questions or repairs.
