Art's Tree & Landscape

I recently noticed Art Sisk Tree and Landscaping Service grinding a stump in a property adjacent to mine. I was impressed with their technical expertise and the high quality equipment they were utilizing. Called Art and he and Darlene came out the same day to provide an estimate.

All follow up calls to Art’s office were handled by Darlene in a very professional fashion and there were no disconnects. Art called Miss Utility to mark my underground utility lines. The day after the markings took place, Art, Mike and crew showed up right on time to cut down and dispose of two 20 foot cherry trees and grind out the stumps.

Art used a Bandit Intimidator 12XP Chipper. It is a drum style hand-fed chipper featuring a 24-inch diameter drum with a large 13-inch by 17-inch throat opening. It easily processes large brush stacks and limbs. Powerful dual feed wheels mounted in Bandit’s proven Slide Box Feed System provide direct down pressure to material entering the chipper, thus requiring little trim work on material before feeding it through the chipper. My yard was cleared of tree branches and large brush stacks in an expeditious manner.

Art used a Vermeer Auto Sweep SC362 stump cutter to grind up the two 15 inch in diameter cherry stumps. This SC362 stump cutter provides a compact, high horsepower machine specifically for stump removal. Equipped with a 35-hp Vanguard engine, a hydraulic ground drive and a belt driven cutter head, it has ample power and maneuverability (moves easily around residential yards with the selectable two-speed ground drive) to take out medium-sized stumps with the productivity and reliability that home owners with a small yard demand.

Art Sisks team completed the work promptly with the job well done in less than three hours. Very professional service, done on my schedule and with reasonable rates. These guys are actually friendly, polite, and hardworking and do whatever you ask.
