        I have a cat named Tigger he is 7 years old and my cat wasn't eating much and was acting very lethargic and wasn't holding down water he would vomit it back up! So I took him to banfield and the vet. did a overall check up and felt his stomach and said his stomach didn't feel normal there is something there that they would have to do x-rays to check what it is and some blood work and they wanted to watch him over night so i said ok to it as long as you don't hike the bill up high because i can't afford a high bill! They said not to worry cause they value there customers and will work with me on a payment plan if more has to be done so I said ok that sounds great! Next day I called to check on my cat and they said we are sorry but your cat passed away over the night! I was extremely upset and asked what happened they would not explain to me everything and it sounded like they left out a lot of what went wrong!
        The bill was very high 1,200.00 dollars and they would not honor a payment arrangement agreement like they said they would in the first place and I'm not paying a dime in the first place since they killed my cat doing something they aren't telling me what they done to him!

        I currently have an attorney working on the case!
        they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!

        My advice avoid banfield pet hospital at all cost: They don't care about animals and they don't care about you as a customer they only care about your wallet!!!

        I took my dog Stella to the vet due to her ingesting a piece of plastic from a flosser she gotten a hold of! So they kept Stella for 4 or 5 hours and they said only 2 hours and did x-rays and blood work an thorough check up and injected her with fluids! I than went to pick up Stella and to my dismay they would not work with us on a payment plan and instead they wanted 8 or 900 dollars up front they said they like to take care of all there tickets and paid in full before the day is over with! I told them well i don't have that kind of money and I'm on a fixed income and i can make 10 dollars a month payment arrangements starting on the 1st when i get paid they wouldn't accept it and tried to hold my dog to get the payment and i gotten upset and said a few choice words and they gave her back and i said some other few choice words and walked out! Terrible terrible place for pet care they only care about money not your pet!
