Amos began his small business by selling the fresh vegetables and bedding plants that he and his wife Elise cared for 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The original Harry Street Greenhouse met the local demand for quality vegetables and plants. As his business grew, so did his family. Amos and his wife came to have seven children. All of Amos and Elise's children worked in the greenhouse, including their youngest daughter, Matilda, or Tillie for short. While Tillie enjoyed working with the vegetables and plants, she loved working with fresh flowers. It was because of young Tillie insistence that the Harry Street Greenhouse began offering fresh flowers to their customers. Eventually, Harry Street Greenhouse became Tillie's Flower Shop in the 1920s, when Tillie herself began running the store.         We have used Tillie's for numerous occasions. We are always happy with the quality of their flowers and the service they provide. We have ordered Gourmet Fruit Baskets, plants, blooming plants, roses and bouquets several times from our business to clients or employee's that are ill or in the hospital. Highly recommend Tillie's Flower Shop.

        In past experience I have found Tillies to be a wonderful business. Any time I have ever needed an arrangement for a special occasion or in times of "forgiveness" the sales staff has been more than helpful. I receive calls from my friends and, more often than not, my fiance to tell me how beautiful the flowers are.

        Their Cookies are AWESOME!!!!

        I have used Tillie's to send their Gourmet Cookies to a client and the client was extremely pleased. Tillie's strives to deliver the cookies while they are still warm. They are made with REAL BUTTER and fresh backed at their location, here it Wichita. I will definitely use them again!!!

        Birthday Flowers

        I needed to place an order for my husbands Birthday but was unsure what to send. In talking with the sales person we were able to come up with a great idea for a gift. My husband is not into flowers (as most men are not) so I had no idea what to send, but I knew I wanted to do something special. She suggested a "Snack Time" basket that was a hit not only with my husband but with his co-workers that were more than willing to Help him Eat his gift!!!

        It was full of different candies and chips and a perfect way to let my husband know I was thinking about him.

        I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR SOME TIME AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE FLOWERS THAT I GET... THEY ARE VERY FRESH AND LAST A LONG TIME..I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR ALL MY FRIENDS TO COME HERE...
