        Food is fantastic, and the place is super cute, but service is terrible. Inattentive, impatient employees. Highly unsatisfactory service here.

        Spangles Restaurant is one of a group of Kansas restaurants that began serving customers in 1978. The chain of Spangles restaurants includes more than 20 dine-in and drive-through restaurants in Wichita, Hutchinson, El Dorado, Salina, Park City, Topeka and Lawrence, Kan. The restaurants feature 1950s-themed d cor. The restaurant features made-to-order sandwiches and side dishes from the low-fat chicken pita to Spangles exclusive one-third pound gourmet supreme burger. Spangles serves breakfast choices, such as french toast, ham and cheese omelets, hashbrowns and bagels. Its burgers come in nearly 10 varieties. Spangles offers turkey and chicken pitas, gyros, onion rings, french fries, beverages and desserts, including soft-serve ice cream cones and sundaes. Spangles has a location in Wichita.
