Pizza Hut

I have never experienced such poor customer service. My placed a carryout order for a larger pizza. The pizza dough was unfinished on every single slice. The employee that I spoke with to register my compliant began by stating that he personally cut my pizza and ensured that it baked for the allotted cooking time. As I continued to verbalize that the pizza was still raw despite the measures taken at the store he stated I was going to credit your account, but if your going to give me an attitude then I will not. The employee advised that in the future I should request my pizza well-done and he eventually hung up the phone as I continued to voice my concern. Surely uncooked pizza dough, poor customer service and poor telephone etiquette isnt the brand of Pizza Hut, although I unfortunately received all 3 of those things from the Pizza Hut at the 37th and Woodlawn location in Wichita, KS.
