Jiffy Lube

I looked online at the Jiffy Lube website and saw a deal for a 21 dollar oil change. I showed up in my car which has 74000 miles on it. The "customer service rep" suggested the high mileage oil change to which I said sure. He informed me it would be 69 dollars for the oil change. After picking my jaw up off the floor I said no friggin way. He said the standard oil change is 49 dollars. I was getting ready to leave when he told me that they could do the basic oil change for 25. I said go ahead, after much eye rolling from this idiot he leaves and "assists" the technicians with the oil change. He comes back in trying to upsell me on every service under the sun saying that my car was due for it. After ever refusal this moron rolls his eyes and acts like I'm inconveniencing him by my presence. He then carries in my engine and cabin air filters asking "Are these dirty enough for you" and quotes me 30 dollars for the cabin air filter and 20 for the engine air filter. To which I decline, this condescending little twit then sweeps the dirt off the counter into my air filter and takes them out and re-installs them on my car laughing about it with the other scholars working there as though I'm not watching him through the big window between the office and car bay. The oil change seems to have been done adequately but the customer service was absolutely horrendous. I will never go to any Jiffy Lube again after dealing with these idiots.
