Every Last Spot Cleaning Service

I have three housemates. Needless to say, things get dirty pretty quickly. 2 cleaning services later and none have given us the consistent professional cleaning that EveryLastSpot has given us. I actually thought maybe our untidy ways would be too much for outside help, but this company showed me that indeed there are good cleaners to be found even for chronically messy pads like ours.

Bit of a mixed bag with them. On one hand the service was quite good which of course is the most important thing. My home was left clean and tidy. On the other hand the cleaner seemed a bit inefficient with how many times she went back to her car to get her different cleaning agents. Just grab them all and keep them in a bag next time please. I asked for some additional work to be done including cleaning of the couch and dirt removal around the fringes of the carpeting. Both were done quite well and for that it was easy to forgive the lady walking out to her car more than once. They called me back after to ask me about my service and I told them I was satisfied.

I've used this service twice now and each time has been a delightful experience. I really appreciate that they have the options of a one-time service or a recurring plan, as some other companies will only do a weekly service. I usually can keep things clean on my own, but occasionally it is nice to have someone else do the dirty work. During both visits I was able to leave them a check as I headed out for work and came home to my house cleaner than I had expected! I will certainly be using them a third time!

I am happy with both of my cleaning visits.

First service:
When she was done the house looked really nice. I had to show her how to open the door to the backyard, inconvenient because I was on the phone. Other than that everything went smoothly.

Second service:
Had a bit of an issue with one of the trash bags not being empty but it was more than made up by everything else being spotless.

Very happy with this maid service and Janet. She is a very pleasant personality and easy to work with. Very thorough and detail oriented. Once you find a good cleaner who "gets" your schedule and cleaning desires it makes life easier. I'm a bit scared that she'll get overbooked or turn over the cleanings to someone else. I used to book cleanings through Marine Maids and it was a mixed bag which cleaning person they sent and how good a job they would do. Sometimes their cleaners didn't even come to the appointment. Please stay Janet, we need you to keep our homes looking nice!

The cleaners from Every Last Spot Cleaning Service did an excellent job. They were thorough, respectful, polite, and hard working! It was a joy to have them clean my daughter's apartment. We will certainly have them again! Thank you!
