The company met its scheduled time and its service tech Max G was very knowledgeable and provided a fair and honest estimate. He was courteous and competent in his diagnosis of my A/C unit. He did not have the part but would request the office order a new part ASAP so the repair can be done this week.



Appt was on 24 May 2013 roughly 1500 hrs.

I have used Olympic for several years and have been nothing other than pleased. From the time you call to make an appointment to the time the tech leaves they are always pleasant, courteous and knowledgable. Just had Olympic Aire here for a spring tune-up on my a/c unit. The tech was professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and informative when answering any questions I had asked. He explained everything he did for the tune-up and suggested some preventative maintenance that I could do to prevent unneeded breakdowns. He informed me of other services the company provides. This was the first time I used Olympic Aire and will not hesitate to call for their services again. (M.G.)

I have used Olympic Aire Services, Inc. for over 15 years and they have provided the best service you could ever expect. When you call for an appointment, they give you a window of time. Every time, the technician has either been early or right on time. I work 5 minutes from home so I ask them to give me a call when they are almost at my home and they will actually arrive at my home, call me and wait for me to get there. I could never imagine using any other HVAC company other than Olympic Aire Services. They are the best. My tech was TD

Use them!!! They know what customer service is all about. I have had them out 4 times. Each time when I call, they are courteous and very understanding to my problem. They get a tech out right away. only once I had to wait til the next day because it was late when I called. They even installed my new thermostat that I purchased. Tony and Mike are such sweet guys to work with. It isn't just ok I will go work on this and leave me alone - both have explained what they are doing and they talk to you to get to know you. And what's most impressive is they remember you even if it had been a couple of years since they last saw you. :) I don't think you will get better service than with Olympic!!
