Gun Connection

I have purchased multiple firearms from GC and they are very knowledgeable and helpful if they don't have something, they offer to order it for me. Compared to the other shops around, they seem to be honest with generous pricing. It's a gun shop, so these soy boy comments about "not being nice" is funny. Gun shops are are there to get honest information and a good price. If you want someone to talk to about your problems, get a shrink. I'm hearing all these racist comments, but, I haven't heard one thing they did, or said that was racist. Particular eyebrow gestures don't hold up in court.

These folks walk with the confidence of knowing their stuff. American based,no nonsense(from the point of view,that they actually know what they are talking about)

Purchased many weapons and ammo at GC never a problem or issue, great customer service , These folks will fix a weapon in front of you because they actually know what they are doing. If you want to play at knowing,go to a social club,if you want expertise. Go to GC.

Don't believe the crap being spewed by these "haters." I just purchased a reasonably priced spike's tactical lower and was completely satisfied with my whole experience.



This was my first purchase with the Gun Connection. I read the bad reviews but went regardless (I'm buying a rifle not looking for a friend to go to the bar with). I'm glad I went! I was given personal attention and was given recommendations to save money while improving my build. Arrogant... more like confident. They know what they're talking about. Racist... Two black customers came in while I was there. Owner addressed them by first name and their conversation gave me the impression many purchases had been made between them.



I made this purchase a family outing (yes, yes, I brought my child to a gun store). They didn't even care and actually interacted with him while I was doing my paperwork.



It's very simple people. Want a new best friend, join a social club. Want a quality firearm from people who know what they're doing, go to the Gun Connection. I WILL only buy from them going forward.

worst experience ever! at a gun shop the two heavy set twin brothers were the most arrogant unhelpful people I have ever met talk to me like I was a third class citizen being a woman never go there! There prices are very high, they must be deal something else cause with their attitudes There's no way there making it on their gun selling and ammo the way they disrespect people in general! !!!!!!

They have no interesting in answering questions unless you have a wad of cash in your hand ready to buy. The store is a cluttered mess. The staff act like hillbillies.

I would never go there again. As a black male in law enforcement, the staff treated me like I was a common criminal, didn't want to help me, rude, & looked at me like I didn't belong there. If this is how they treat their customers they need to be closed down. This is the most racist place I've ever been to!

Rude. Arrogant. I will NEVER go back there again. I have a firearm that I had my FFL paperwork done through them. When I went in to fill out my paperwork and when I told them what I was picking up they said to me "Why would you want that piece of Sh!T" and when I inquired about another firearm the response was the same. Then my New weapon malfunctioned and the Maker told me to take it to them to be shipped back all prepaid the response was shocking. "What do you want me to do about it? Sorry about your luck. Who is gonna pay me for it?" They are only worried about getting the money thru the door the first time. Overpriced and just plain rude.

Decent service and ok pricing. Staff is arrogant to point of being downright rude at times. As former military - infantry and armorer - I find the condescension I receive from them to be shocking considering they have extremely little military service - and their time behind some of these weapons is limited to a range and not some of the more in-hospitable climates around the world.

After the treatment I received as purchasing my 3+ weapons there - and being told I was the cause of the non-firing of it (although I own an IDENTICAL one, purchased from them that shoots ANY ammo I have tried) , and them having it for almost 2 MONTHS now - I refuse to give them any more business or recommend them to anyone else. You may have a different experience - but I don't appreciate their "the Customer is wrong" attitude.

I would rank them 5 stars but the twin with the beard is a racist. The owner was awesome!

Gun connection has a great verity of firearms. They also have great parts for your AR-15 magazines and cleaning kits. The problem is the customer service. Don’t expect service with a smile here at all. Its not your friendly local gun store. If you are ready to pay for something, be expecting to wait 5-15 min prior to them taking care of you. They are also very bias on what type of gun you should buy. Over all the lack of customer service and friendliness of this crew pushes me to shop online for my parts and elsewhere for a firearm. Even if they had the best prices and they don't. 1 star for firearms veriaty, 1 star for parts, 0 for price, 0 for customer service, 0 taking care of a repeated customer.
