Crystal Culbert, PA-C will constantly get you're prescriptions wrong and will push pills for no reason. She is extremely rude and wont listen to what you have to say. She has messed up my prescriptions constantly for 2 years. Please don't wast you re time and sanity by going to Wheat Ridge Internal Medicine. My Pharmacist says all his customers from here all have the same problems.

I can not wait to leave this practice. While some doctors are good. The office staff and support teams systems are terrible. Long appointment times after they hook you as a new patient, computers that do not work for weeks, inaccurate insurance reporting, lots of noise, dirty, and dated environment.

Having been a happy patient of...

Having been a happy patient of Dr. Pula at WIR for many years I decided to stay after she became more and more unavailable but now am rethinking this. In December 2012 I became ill with a chest cold that hung on for 3 weeks. This is very unusal for me and made an appointment. Just before the appointment I became aware of why I was having trouble breathing...I was very allergic to Guaifenesin (Mucinex) and was breaking out in hives, throat closing, very bad. When I went into my appointment I was in a full blown reaction...the PA did not seem concerned and said I had what everyone else was dealing with, she presecribed me some cough medicine and sent me on my way.

The next day my reaction was still on and I thought I might have to go to the hospital, the reaction continued for days into the Christmas holiday. Luckily one of my relatives is a nurse who informed me that the cough mediine I was prescibed has the very same drug as Guaifenesin in it.

This is extremely serious and could have caused me a very costly trip to the emergency room or WORSE.
