        HORRIBLE customer service!!! There's a big guy named "Chris" who works there, just because my husband didn't understand why we needed to pay more than usual on a bill and was asking questions, this man became belligerent tried saying we had 6 lines when we knew we didnt, when he was confronted on that mistake he became even more rude told my husband it didnt matter and to go fu@#$ng pay somewhere else if he didnt like it then basically told my husband he was ignorent for asking questions in the first place. This chris character then THREATENED my husband when he became upset by this employee's behavior towards him. For asking QUESTIONS!!!! They will completely treat you like gold when you are buying a phone, but if you go back to pay a bill or ask a question they will treat you like GARBAGE! DO NOT GO HERE!!

        wouldn't the phone company cancel one to open another???

        cricket was a good company untill I had a problem with my bill. I was two days late. You have to go to their stores to pay the bill. Which are far and few between. They only take cash. Then they charge you 12 dollars more to turn your phone back on. I didn't have enough cash to pay it all, so they said I could call and give the rest that I owe which was 12 dollars What ATM gives you 12 dollars?.So I called, but it cost 5 dollars more to use my card over the phone. Then after three days of my daughter's phone still not working...... after talking to the phone service for three days, which is the worst I EVER experenced. I drove back to the store to find out why my daughter phone wasn't working.Come to find out I was still paying for my daughters old phone which broke down a month ago and with the new one was still 50 dollars more in which they informed me by saying" Cricket text to remind you of the bill". My daughter had to get a new phone..new number and I didn't cancel so I'am still
