Crescent Dental Care

I was referred to Crescent Dental for the first time by a colleague, as someone who dreads going the dentist, I have to say I was nervous and not the least bit excited, considering I needed an extraction of my wisdom teeth. I could not of asked for a better experience. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and welcoming. The office was so clean and everyone was very professional. My dentist was Daher and he could tell I was very nervous and having anxiety about having that procedure, but Daher did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible and he was gentle, and professional, and make jokes during to help calm me and stopped the moment I felt uncomfortable or felt any pain.
He did such a wonderful job and the whole overall experience was great!! I will be returning and referring everyone I know!

Went here for years, such a bad decision. The Dr. Nehal Ali, treated us like a friend, most would think is good as we did. We went in for a routine cleaning feeling fine, stated both my husband and I needed fillings. Made the appointments, had the fillings done. Never informed us what she was doing, never gave us a choice between types of fillings. We left and have been in awful pain ever since. Went to visit a New Dentist to correct this situation to find out Dr. Nehal Ali charged our Insurance for procedures that were never completed. Called the office to be informed Dr. Nehal Ali sold the practice? Really, now we understand. I was informed there is nothing the new Dr. Daher can do for us. Offered free services, seriously. We don't want free, we want honest. Now we must contact our insurance company to report fraud. Makes perfect sense as to why we never received a bill for our deductible, Dr. Nehal Ali received way more compensation through insurance fraud than what she would have received by an honest bill and our deductible. CAUTION EVERYONE.

I went to this office because many of my friends recommended it and had a lot of great things to say about their treatment. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the dentist was so gentle. She answered all my questions and explained in detail what treatment was needed. The environment was very clean and comforting, I loved the colored rooms. Overall it was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had!

The office was average as far as cleanliness. The dentist and assistant were very friendly and professional. The dentist was very thorough with her explanations of what needed to be done. The wait time to be seen was a little extreme and the receptionist definitely did not have it together as far as having files in order and using your info to book appointments. And above all attitude was inexcusable and her phone skills are far from professional. If the dentist doesn't live up to my first impressions on my follow up visit I will not be going back to this office.

if you dont have top notch insurance even if you have an appointment they will take other people back before you.I took my family 3 kids 2 adults tried to give a chance I WENT THREE TIMES...you wait an hour and a half to get seen ALWAYS...they always say they're under staffed....twice i took my kids back to get only fillings they were supposed to do both sides only do one cause the dentist is always trying to leave the room as fast as possible...2 weeks went by and still my referal is lost, mind you i cant open my mouth. They are all about money and not teeth at all....they had my husband pull 8 teeth yes 8...then they say by the way we do not cover partials which i know for a fact they cover my other dentist had it covered i moved and tried them.. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU HAVE CASH OR THE TOP NOTCH INSURANCE
