Seasons 52

The 2/2 are very nice. The price it's high, around 899.99 to 1,030. The lease it's done for one year. Pool area it's very nice, very small gym. Maintenance it's taken care of, work orders are very fast. One thing I did not like it's that I worked overnight and I had maintenance come in sometimes with out warning or notes and wake me up. No security, in fact the gate was open must of the time and anyone could get in, if they wanted to. Parking, you need a sticker that's places on your actual window. The parking spots are for everyone, so if someone has a party good luck finding a spot. The office people are very nice and will help you if you have problems paying the monthly fee. When you move in make sure to note all the damages or when you move out you will be paying for them. Over all this a nice place to live, but will break your wallet specially in this economy. Good luck
