Mr. Silverberg /his office seldom returns phone calls. I hired him to for my case against a Homeowners IN Ins. comp. (I had Home owners ins. with Allstate for 25 years) After fire damage, he was "working on it" for 15 months. (Allstates award was not sufficient TO REPARE MY HOME PER 5 COSTRATORS). I'll have to hire the contractor he recommends because no one would fix it for the negotiated amount. He is still working on the contents and the additional living expenses. I am a 65 plus single female, I had to go back to work to pay may rent.
