Yale New Haven Hospital Ambulatory Services Divisi

I went to the west haven location on sat. 3 Mar 12 and was told by the receptionest that they do not X-ray on saturdays and she was only a pin sticker? When questioned did the form with there letter head from doctor stated that no X-rays on saturday;she replied "well there's scheduling and I could go to Hamden office.Some reply!

Nothing like wasting workers time and gas money! If their not going to inform people of said saturday policies we should all seek a more hospitable or accomadating facility of other name.

Patrons should inquire with doctor for alternate imaging facilities! Why allow them to waste our time and money!
