Where do I even begin.. I mistakenly gave them the wrong insurance information since I am on market place insurance there seem to be a different insurance card for everything, anyway I got there early to make sure I gave them the right information. When they found out I had delta dental the whole atmosphere changed. The hygienist herself was very caring, sincere and professional. After examine my teeth she even went over her findings and answered all the questions I had from a hygienist perspective. Then the dentist came in and treated me like scum on the bottom of his shoe. He gave a very "if I have to speak to you" greetings, very rude, arms folded and didn't want to shake my hand. After exam my teeth for 3 minutes. He popped his gloves off and was like we can't do this, I don't do this and your insurance don't cover that and suggested primary health care and a hygienist school. I understood that delta dental is a horrible insurance to have but doesn't make me a horrible person for having it. I would have just preferred if they just told me that they didn't accept my insurance then to be treated poorly and leaving in tears. I work very hard and unfortunately when seeking help I will only be treated as well as my insurance coverage. I am a person.

After taking my kids to Dr. Foust for the past 2 years, I will say, we will be searching for a new dentist and hope you look else where if you want someone who cares about your child.
The front desk person, I believe her name is Carla, is not the best. Rude, short and always too busy doing nothing to be nice.
The hygienists and assistants are amazing. But then you meet Mr. No Personality, could care less about your child's teeth.
Twice I have been told by Dr. Foust that my kids had issues that he could not handle and sent us to other offices for care. The first being a simple extraction of an extra tooth that he sent us to an Orthodontist for, then they sent us to an Ortho surgeon who stated they couldn't help. I then found a dental office that saw us and popped the tooth out in one day. On our last visit, we were told our other son had 2 cavities but Dr Foust doesn't do those. So we were again referred to another office that stated it would be 3 months for a consultation and then probably another 3 months for the fillings to be done...really? Unacceptable. Then he will be ready for another cleaning.
We will be finding a better dentist who cares about our kids further than the 2 minutes he spends with them after the cleanings.
Also, please note the only 5 star review on this site comes from the Doctor himself.....If that doesn't scare you off...hopefully this will!!
