Tower Station Dental

i have been to several dental offices. by far i am very comfortable with this office, i have been with them for 4 years now. I see Dr. Paruchuri and she has been very nice the last time i was there we even had a small talk about phones after my treatment. i was very disappointed iwith the the earlier reviewer about the light in the bathroom and dentist. that is why i decided to write a review. these are small offices and they don't have electricians on stand by to fix things when they break. usually commercial buildings have electronic ballasts and only electricians can replace them. in an office where there are several dentist one has to ask for a specific dentist if you want. I take my children to their doctors office and everytime there is a different doctor if i have to be seen right away or else wait for 2 weeks to be seen so you have a choice to wait two weeks or get immediate care. this office is very accomodative with emergencies and walkins. i strongly recommend

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your excellent work and dedication. I have been going to you for many, many years and each time no matter how long between visits, you know my name and number as soon as I walk in the door. Once again this week on short notice, my daughter brought my granddaughter in for a dress to be altered for homecoming. Without hesitation, you told her you could have ready by Friday. This morning, I brought in a dress shirt for my son who is also going to his homecoming and asked if could be done by tomorrow. I get a call from you early this afternoon letting me know both pieces are done and ready to be picked up. You have a customer for life!

Staff is rude and the phone is never answered. I called to cancel an appointment and they had the fax line instead the voice mail. Go to a more patient friendly office.
