I went into this salon a couple of days ago and I did not see any customers. When I entered I saw a male behind the front desk and female standing in front with her back to the front door in an unwelcoming way to any potential customers coming in-including myself. I was looking to get my nails done their, and The female owner and her husband are VERY unprofessional! SEVEN Oaks community and military spouses do not waste your time!

Very disappointed.First time customer.$ spent wasn't worth it.Regular pedi only 20 minutes.Nails barely trimmed & cuticles not cut. Old polish wasn't removed well.The massage & nail polish were rushed.Flipflops put on before polish applied & was moved out of chair as soon as last stroke applied (so pinkie toes are ruined).I sat at drying area for 10 mins, drove 20 mins home & when I changed, the big toe got completely smudged.Drying time was adequate, so polish was too thick. Again, not enough attention & too rushed.I felt that they just wanted me out of the chair.
Went back next day to have a polish redo on big toe.No issue. After, I asked to speak with manager."Coincidentally" lady that attended to me was the manager.I said my concern & she wasn't interested in it.She said they don't cut cuticles & since she did my nails initially,it was how a pedicure is done.I said I was not satisfied & had better service everywhere else.She shrugged, and showed no interest in my future business.

This is honestly the best place to go! I drive a half hour to come here! I have been to so many other nail salons and they just do not compare!!
Great selection of colors, the staff makes you feel so welcome! They do everything they can, to fit everyone in! But, make an appointment!
My pedicures last longer as well!! Not a single complaint!!! :)

First time here and the service is beyond great! I didn't have an appointment and came by perry much last minute and they were nice enough to take me in even though the place was very busy! Make a appointment!! My nails were done by Angela and she was super nice and did a fantastic job with my gel color which by the way had a reasonable price. Very satisfied! Love my nails!! Thank you!!!

I absolutely love Oasis Nails! The salon is clean and the atmosphere is so comforting. These people does such unique designs and is great with working with your nail wants and needs. They have a great variety of colors and nail art ideas. Everywhere I go someone is always stopping me to ask where I get my nails done! I recommend this salon to all my friends.

Oasis salon has an upscale feel and very friendly staff. They maintain a relaxing atmosphere and keep their tools and equipment impeccably clean. My husband and I got pedicures together and he was made to feel very comfortable even though his feet required....an expert's touch. We are both very happy with the results and will happily recommend this salon to friends visiting the area.

It was my first Time there today and It was a great experience. The lady in the front was super nice and made sure I didn't wait too long. It's a Very clean salon and the two girls that did my gel mani and pedi were great as well. They were very neat and paid attention to detail. happy with the results.

The people here were extremely rude and hostile. I went in with my daughter and my husband paid for services in advance. All was well until I sat down to do my fill, and the young woman, whom I assume was the manager, began to angrily argue with me about what things cost. After her long verbal attack, I finally asked for a refund for the fill, at which point she stood up, pushing her chair back in the process so that it rolled across the room, and stormed angrily into the back. The man who had done my pedi then threw my money on the table in front of me and told me to get out. All of this happened in front of my child, who was crying when we left. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, especially not for young children.

I was looking to get my nails done their, and I just needed to use the phone to make a quick toll free call that was to get a local number to see if I would be able to get my nails done at their salon.



When I entered I asked for a list of the prices for their services and I asked the male at the desk if I could use their phone real quick. The male allowed me and passed me the phone. The female though that was standing with her back away from me was being rude and did not want to allow me and started giving me a bad attitude. I went to go sit down in the waiting area to make a phone call in peace since I couldn’t hear standing because of the female worker that was speaking to the male behind the desk in their foreign language bickering over me using the phone and the female worker was telling the male in part English so I could hear that he shouldn’t do that-he should not let me use the phone.



As I was already given permission I proceeded to make my call and the female worker kept talking loud about me so that I could not hear during the call and kept coming over to me bothering me asking me personal questions such as: where was I calling, who was I calling ect. After I told her I was making a toll free call that was to get a local number to see if I would get my nail done at their salon, she still was not happy and kept pestering me and I kept having to repeat myself during the call and was not able to make it anyway because then the female worker told me the only allow about two minutes for people to use the phone. There was no sign in their business stating such. The male who let me use the phone did not state any two minute limit. There are others salons that I have been to allow me to use their phones and no two minute limit.



I then hung up the phone since she was not allowing me to complete the call in peace and even place it in the first place and told her here was the phone-take it. She arrogantly snatched the phone from my hand gladly and made statements such as: yeah, go, good and motioned for me to leave. I was so upset that I decided to not get my nails done there that day and left. I can see why they didn’t have customers when I walked in. If that’s how they treat a customer before they get their service done there can you imagine what could happen to you during the process and afterward and how they will treat you. I urge the public to save their money and go elsewhere to be respected and treated well. They need to be professional to get business.
