Outside appearance is very good, check-in was fast and we were at our room quickly .

We have stayed here 2 times now, so far both times the rooms were clean, check in was easy. There are 4 hotels at the Wesley chapel exit, we have stayed at all 4 of them many times, for some reason this hotel has a lower rating than others, price of them are $60-90. If you want a nice room pick this one.

The Quality Inn stay was such a surprise. The location was easy to find, easy in and out, less than 1 minute excess to I-75 and restaurants, grocery store and gas station surround the location of Quality Inn.

I had called and booked a room and was quoted $76, I said Quality had $63 so he met the price .

My room had a microwave and a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well .

Check in was very smooth; a young lady named Rebecca was very polite and professional .

This hotel isn't bad at all for the price. The location is excellent (right near freeways and shopping).

But perhaps where this hotel excelled was in their customer service. Every time I ran into an employee - desk clerk, maid, other personnel, they said hello and asked if everything was okay. Throughout my two day stay the desk clerk greeted me by name. That doesn't happen often.

Free wireless internet worked great and they seem to have wifi antennas on every floor of the hotel (not all hotels have that). The Express Breakfast was decent enough - - no complaints.

The single elevator was slow but the interior corridors were nice and well maintained. The room was also nice. Some of the furniture had unusual wear and tear but otherwise it was clean and neatly arranged. The room was quiet and the bed comfy.

Working out of town I stayed at this hotel. I couldn't help but admire the professional manner in which the general manager, Aman Patel did his job, he got us to our Room quickly and In a very courteous manner. He answered all our questions, and made us feel at home. I would certainly stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to others.

Good location for us to visit family and check out Tarpon Springs, St. Pete and Busch Gardens .

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. I like the fact that the location is perfect for people driving on the interstate I-75. There are other hotels in the area but this one is just seconds from the highway. Also, its surrounded by restaurants that stay open late. Upon my arrival "Fernando" greeted me with a warm smile and "welcome to the holiday inn how may I help you"? I just felt the sincarity in his manorism. He was fast & professional at checking me in. During this time other folks were checking in and phones were ringing. Fernando handled it all with a positive attitude and a smile. Making his job look fun! That's what guest service is all about! Btw the hotel lobby and room was very clean during my stay. With all this said I will return as well as tell others about the great experience I had at my stay in Wesley Chapel Holiday Inn Express!!!!

The desk clerk was very friendly and my reservation paperwork was prepared in advance. I was even given a goody bag with some bottled water and snacks for being a Priority Club member. Nice touch.

Looks brand new, the best complimentary breakfast we have had in a long time !

We stayed here for three nights and found it a wonderful place to relax in between exhausting days of activity and travel. I looked forward every night to coming "home" and taking a nice shower (bathroom was large and clean with nice toiletries, good water pressure and soft fluffy towels) and falling into the incredibly large and comfortable king sized bed. I really appreciated the extra pillows--slept like a baby here! Everything worked great for us (heater, AC, TV with tons of channels, and free wifi) and the front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. My only complaint is that there was no fridge/microwave in the room, and every single morning they had NO fruit at breakfast because they ran out early. The hotel was full of athletes there for tournaments and they obviously didn't stock up on enough breakfast items.

We had a very satisfied stay at the Holiday Inn Express - the room was very good, clean and large. The morning breakfast was exceptional for a complimentary breakfast.

Very nice motel, staff polite and helpful, room very clean, beds very good, bath nice size with fluffy towels and amenities. Nice hot breakfast. Would stay here again. Great value.

Our room was clean (needed vacuuming) and had a great mattress and pillows that are standard in HIE hotels.
